As we move towards one of our busiest times with the start of a new academic year, City of Bristol College are looking to appoint a number of temporary staff to provide face to face support to potential students attending our sites for assessment and enrolment, as well as the provision of advice and guidance in our contact centre.
Head of Department Aeronautical and Engineering
We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive Head of Department for Engineering and Aero Engineering. This role will require an individual who is forward thinking and ready to ensure our offer is aligned to industry requirements and is future proofed.
Quality Assurance Officer
The expectation for the Quality Officer role within the apprenticeship provision plays a vital role in ensuring the excellence and consistency of the training programs. The Quality Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing robust quality assurance processes that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lecturer in Plastering and Construction

Apprenticeship Trainer – Electrical Installation
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years industry experience of electrical installation and an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced craft certificate in Electrical Installation is essential.
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with Colleagues, Students and Stakeholders both internally and externally.
Travel Training Co-ordinator

This exciting position has a broad and critical role within the College. The Campus Community Lead is a lead College advocate and ambassador for our learners and has responsibility for overall campus community cohesion and environment.
Animal Care Technician
Our aim is to ensure all students receive an outstanding experience and are well supported to achieve their qualification to the highest of standards so the animal care technician role is crucial for ensuring that the Animal Centre is maintained to a very high standard of safety and the animals are well cared for to meet the Animal Welfare regulations.
